I teach a variety of computer science classes. Before coming to Otterbein, I taught computer science at SW Missouri State University. My BS, MS and Ph.D. degrees are all in computer science, from Bowling Green State University and the University of Pittsburgh. I also used to work as a computer programmer for General Tire in Akron.

My wife Nancy and I live in Columbus with our cat A.M. We bicycle for relaxation and exercise, and have taken several bicycling vacations in the U.S., Canada and Europe. I also collect and listen to many types of music, and particularly enjoy vinyl LPs.
